OUR GUARANTEE

ROYER prides itself on the quality of its products. This is why ROYER guarantees its products against any manufacturing defects within six (6) months of the date of purchase. Any defective product can be returned to the retailer with proof of purchase. After inspection by ROYER, the product found to be defective will either be repaired or replaced free of charge, in a timely manner. Please note, however, that normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Likewise, any abusive or excessive use of the product may void the warranty.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Care
To clean your boots:

  • Remove the laces, scrape off caked-on mud and brush superficial dirt with a cloth soaked in water;
  • Scrub with a soft brush to remove ground-in dirt and rinse well with water. Do not use soap;
  • Air-dry wet boots following the drying instructions.

 

Drying
To optimize drying:

  • Remove the insole;
  • Keep the boots apart and allow to air-dry in a well-ventilated area. Never dry your boots near a source of heat such as radiator, campfire or wood stove.

 

Leather is an organic material. It is your boot’s skin. Take good care of it and it will reward you with its flexibility, impermeability and great appearance.
