COMPUTER TECHNICIAN - SHERBROOKE

The ROYER Sherbrooke Information Technology team is looking for a passionate candidate to contribute to the growth of the company by participating in exciting new projects.

Your responsibilities will be:

To ensure optimal operation and management of equipment and all computer equipment systems. Effectively respond to support requests from users and troubleshooting. Conduct training, produce and update technical documentation. Ensure communication with members of the IT team, as local members as those abroad.

REQUIRED PROFILE
You must :

Must hold College Diploma or higher in Computer Science or a similar field related computers or computer networking; Working knowledge in the installation and administration of servers; Mastering Windows Server tools, Active Directory and office Office 365 suite; Working knowledge in programming and/or Microsoft SQL is a plus; Have excellent organizational, planning and a good ability to work independently; Having attention to detail and organizational skills; be dynamic and have good interpersonal skills; Loving challenge yourself and manage working under pressure; Wanting to develop your knowledge and improve your skills.
You will be expected to move through the company's various workplaces. A valid driving license is required. A vehicle will be available for travel.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER - SHERBROOKE

YOUR CHALLENGE AWAITS YOU!
Reporting to the Innovation Director, the product developer ensures the development of boots and shoes throughout the project's lifecycle, from project definition to product marketing.

Your responsibilities will be:

Look for new trends in the footwear industry.
Write the project definition and list the deliverables and schedule.
Actively participate in the development of concepts and "tech pack".
Plan and coordinate all prototyping and range testing.
Ensure product performance through testing and range testing.
Support production and marketing activities.
Coordinate post-launch product enhancements (design component).

REQUIRED PROFILE
You must :


At least four (4) years of experience in footwear development.

Ability to communicate and maintain good interpersonal skills.

Solid knowledge of footwear engineering.

Openness, initiative and leadership; Attention to detail, as well as a keen aesthetic sense; Mastering the French and English language (bilingualism 4/5 required); willing to travel 3 to 5 times a year (Asia and Europe), 7 to 14 days per trip.
