"JF" is a Canadian strongman and powerlifter from Les Hauteurs, Quebec. Caron has won Canada's Strongest Man a record seven consecutive times, from 2011-2017. Considered the fourth strongest man in the world, Caron rewrote the history books for strongman in Canada. Holder of many Guinness records, notably in the deadlift, he has travelled the world and has appeared as a special guest at numerous strongman exhibitions and events.
