Position Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process and follow up on orders thoroughly;
  • Be able to identify and understand customer requests;
  • Provide tailored solutions that meet different customer demands;
  • Establish a relationship of trust with customers in order to increase the level of satisfaction;
  • Effectively respond to requests via phone, email and chat;
  • Assist the outside sales team with retailers and industrial accounts;
  • Prepare weekly performance indicator reports;

Profil Recherché / ‍Position Requirements:

  • Have relevant experience related to customer service, combined with training in secretarial, office automation, accounting, or any other combination of training/experience deemed equivalent;
  • Bilingualism in both written and oral communication;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Contribute to the achievement of objectives;
  • Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness;
  • Enthusiasm, drive and team spirit;
