Position Responsibilities:
- Receive, process and follow up on orders thoroughly;
- Be able to identify and understand customer requests;
- Provide tailored solutions that meet different customer demands;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers in order to increase the level of satisfaction;
- Effectively respond to requests via phone, email and chat;
- Assist the outside sales team with retailers and industrial accounts;
- Prepare weekly performance indicator reports;
Profil Recherché / Position Requirements:
- Have relevant experience related to customer service, combined with training in secretarial, office automation, accounting, or any other combination of training/experience deemed equivalent;
- Bilingualism in both written and oral communication;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Contribute to the achievement of objectives;
- Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness;
- Enthusiasm, drive and team spirit;
