4th pair,great as usual,2 to 3 day breaking, then great. Only change I wish Royer did to the 6 inch boot was put a finger pull on rear instead of just a small leather type tab. Would make pulling on a new boot way easier. A very good boot non the less

Great boot for Hard enviroment

I work landscape construction and always find it hard to purchase a boot that can sustain a year after what I put them through (dirt, dust, heat, wet.. you name it). These not only lasted a year but did so in a comfortable breathable fashion. I do find however, if your boot starts overheating regularly take a shop vac to the side mesh airflow sections to clean dust and debris out and they feel like new. Only purchasing a new pair because the inner fabric is not only coming apart but I've managed to make it stinky mess from not drying them properly on a regular basis after work, also find if you cut interlock/concrete on a regular basis and they get covered in dust make sure to wipe off with a microfiber and blow the leather off to increase their longevity(reduce splitting and cracking of leather and shoelaces!). Tried about every brand of boot out there and would never chose anything else, thankyou Royer! Keep kicking **** with your quality and fair price.
