ORDER INFO
Log in to your ROYER account at royer.com/login. You will find all the information related to your order there.
We are not able to cancel the sending process of your products once you have received an email confirming your order from us. However, if you are not satisfied with products ordered after receiving them, for any reason whatsoever (for example if the colour or size does not fit you), and you want to return the products and get a refund or replacement, you have a period of 60 days from the date of the purchase of the products to do so. Go to royer.com/policies/terms-of-service to find out more.
Please fill out our Contact Us form at royer.com/contact-us with the following information: your name, email address, date and time of purchase.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Canada and/or the United States. Delivery time is estimated to be between 5 and 10 business days.
Currently, we accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal and Sezzle.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your product(s) for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and a condition allowing their sale.

At ROYER, we hold our products quality and the satisfaction of a job well done close to our hearts.
ROYER warrants its products against material and workmanship defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you think that your product is defective, return it immediately with your proof of purchase to the point of sale. After inspection, products deemed defective will be replaced as soon as possible without charge.
Note however that this warranty does not apply to normal wear, intentional damage, abnormal manner of storage, alterations, repairs, improper use or unreasonable use.

All ROYER boots and shoes meet rigorous protective footwear standards and are subjected to all design and performance requirements set forth in these standards. Most of our products are CSA (CSA Z195-14) and ASTM (F2412-11 and F2413-11) certified. To find out the exact certification of a product, go to the certification section that you can find on each of the product pages at royer.com.
