This Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy applies exclusively to purchases made on royer.com. Prices displayed on royer.com are valid only on this site and may differ from those offered by authorized retailers, distributors, or resellers. For products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original point of sale directly for their return, exchange, or refund policies.
Final Sale Items
Some products on ROYER.com may be designated as Final Sale. These items are offered at a reduced price and are available only while supplies last. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for size, colour, model, preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase. Final Sale items include a 30-Day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects or products that do not match their description. If you believe your Final Sale item is defective, you may submit a warranty request within 30 days of delivery. After inspection, defective items may be repaired or replaced. Final Sale status is indicated on the product page and at checkout before completing your order.
Satisfaction Guarantee: 60-Day Return Policy
Final Sale items are excluded from this 60-day return policy.
We offer a comprehensive 60-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the products ordered for any reason (e.g., colour or size does not fit), you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the item(s) must be:
- In like-new condition, unused, free of odours and other signs of use, suitable for resale.
- Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchange Policy
Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
Exchanges are only available for different sizes of the same model. If you wish to exchange your item for a different model, you must return the item for a refund and purchase the desired model. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in like-new condition with all original tags and packaging.

6-Month Warranty Policy
Final Sale items are not covered by the 6-month warranty. They include a separate 30-Day Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects.
At ROYER, we hold the quality of our products and the satisfaction of a job well done close to our hearts. ROYER warrants its products against material and workmanship defects for six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you believe your product is defective, return it immediately with your proof of purchase to the point of sale. All warranty claims must be made at the original point of sale.

- If the product is deemed defective after inspection, it will be replaced as soon as possible without charge.

Please note that this Warranty does not apply to normal wear, intentional damage, abnormal storage methods, alterations, repairs, improper use, or unreasonable use.

Order Cancellations
Once a ROYER.com order has been integrated into our systems, we cannot cancel it. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can follow the return process once you receive the item.

Issues with Received Products
If you receive your order and notice any issues, such as defects, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

- Flammable liquids
- Gases
- Final Sale items
- Gift card items
Preventing Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Abuse
ROYER reserves the right to monitor returns, refunds, and exchanges to identify patterns of abuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Frequent returns of worn or damaged items.
- False claims of damage or defects.
- Repeated use of the returns, exchange, and refund process for temporary product use.
If a customer is found to be abusing the return/exchange policy, ROYER may take the following actions:
- Limit or refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Suspend or terminate the customer’s account.
- Charge a restocking fee for excessive returns.
- Deny future orders from repeat offenders.
Additionally, customers who exceed return/exchange limits may be restricted from future free returns & exchanges at ROYER’s discretion.
